I have Hashimoto's and I was nervous about trying anything new. Asked my endo first and she said the ingredients looked fine, just don't stop my Levo. I've been using it for about 5 weeks now. The afternoon crashes aren't as brutal. Hair shedding has slowed down a little. I'm not saying it's a cure, there isn't one for us, but the product works alongside my meds. That's more than I can say for the 12 other supplements sitting in my cabinet.

For anyone wondering if this works without a thyroid, it does. I had mine removed 9 years ago. I've been on Synthroid ever since and still felt like garbage. My doctor said my levels were "perfect" 🙄 Started this 6 weeks ago, still taking my Synthroid obviously, but the exhaustion is finally letting up.
